Downloaded Games

If your game runs slowly
Try going into the game's options menu and changing the resolution. Running the game fullscreen also improves performance.


If your gamepad doesn't work
Make sure the gamepad is enabled in the options menu. If it is, exit the game, disconnect the gamepad, reconnect it and run the game. If that still doesn't help, exit to Windows and click on start->Control Panel->Game Controllers. Check to make sure your gamepad is installed. If it is, click on ADVANCED and make sure your gamepad is set as the preferred device.

If the game doesn't load
Some games may not have a "loading" screen and will appear to be blank. In this case the game will load after a few minutes.
